Privacy Policy

At NavigoForward, LLC (“Navigo”), your privacy is very important to us. For that reason, we developed this Privacy Policy to let you know about our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data and the choices you have associated with that data on our website and related apps or websites. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Use. By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and any future amendments and additions.

Data We Collect

Information you provide us:

When you use our website. When you create a custom profile on our websites, we may collect your name, mailing address, physical address, phone number, or email address. We may also collect the information selected in your profile, so we can provide the services that you are looking for and to better address your needs.

When you make a purchase or request a quote.   We may collect information from you to facilitate the transaction if you make a purchase or request a quote for our Services either on our Site, on the App, or over the phone. For example, we may collect information like your name, mailing address, physical address, phone number, email address, and information about your purchase or quote, including information about the services you intend to purchase or no longer need. We also ask you to select what services you currently have, or what services you are currently looking to have. We also ask you to select whether you are or want to be under contract for services and what you are spending or looking to spend for services. This information helps us facilitate a better experience for you.

To make a purchase, you will be asked to provide payment information to our payment processor that may include payment card information—such as credit card number, type, and expiration date—, bank account information, billing address, and shipping address. We, however, do not keep this information. Your payment processing information is done through a third-party processing company that has its own privacy policy.

When you contact us.  We may keep a record of your contact information and the communication for later reference if you contact us by phone, email, live chat, social media, through the App, or by some other means.

Information we collect from your use of our Services:

Usage Date and Location information. We receive and collection usage data information from devices you connect to or use for our Services that may include your: Computer’s Internet Protocol address (i.e., IP address), browsers type, browsers version, our website pages that you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. We also receive and collect location data. For example, your IP address may indicate the general geographic region from that you are connecting to the Internet.

Referral Program. If you choose to participate in the Navigo Referral Program, we may

collect information about you to determine whether you are eligible for the Navigo Referral Program and to verify whether the referrals qualify for the Navigo Referral Program. The purpose of collection and use of this data is that we have business needs to fulfill to operate the Navigo Referral Program. In some cases, we are also required by law to collect information about those that enter into the Navigo Referral Program, and we have a business interest in complying with those laws.

Cookies and other technologies. We and our service providers collect information using “cookies” and similar technologies to understand how you use our Services, for authentication, operations, marketing, and advertising purposes, to save your preferences, and for analytics purposes. Cookies are files with small amount of data which sometimes include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies include things such as beacons, tags, and scripts that collect and track information. Sometimes cookies and tracking data is also Personal Data. Because we need to use different types of cookies with our websites, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some areas of our websites that rely on them. We use cookies and similar software tools such as HTML5 Storage or Local Shared Objects to identify your interests and particularly popular areas of our websites and use this information to improve the design of our websites and make them even more user-friendly. For the same purposes we use the analysis tools Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics; cookies may also be used here.

Information we collect from third parties:

Third Party Devices. From time-to-time, third parties’ devices and products may connect to our Services, and the third parties may send us information about the use of those devices, including sensor and activity data. Third parties’ privacy policies govern the information we receive from these third parties. You should review these third parties’ privacy policies to learn about their privacy and data security practices.

How We Use Your Information. Our primary reason for collecting and using your personal data is to provide better services to you, including determining how you use our services; communicate with you, either directly or through one of our service providers, including to respond to your comments or questions and for marketing and promotional purposes; and connect you with third parties for services that may be of interest to you, including cable, internet, streaming, phone, and home security services.

How We Share Your Information:

Affiliates. We share your information with the Navigo family of companies to provide you information about products and services we think may interest you.

Partner Promotion. We collect information that you may choose to provide as part of a promotion with another company. The purpose of collection and use of this data is that we

have a business need to fulfill with our promotions.

Service Providers. We may provide your information to our service providers to provide and improve our Services, including for analytics purposes, hosting, and product development.

One of the third–party services that we use to track your activity on our Services is Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our websites. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the websites available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Marketing and Advertising Partners. We may share your information with our advertising partners. Some of our third-party advertising partners use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your online activities on our Services and other online services over time to show you ads that may interest you.

We may share your information with marketing and advertising partners who supplement that information with information they have about you. These partners may help us send marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. We may share information about you and your use of our Services with third party internet, cable, streaming, and home security services and other providers, to allow you to participate in savings opportunities.

We may also use your personal information to select you for certain marketing offers, newsletters, surveys and/or requests for feedback regarding your experience. We may use your personal information both to select you for an offer and to communicate that offer to you. Receipt of these communications is voluntary. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please click on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. To opt-out of receiving our direct mail promotional materials, please send us an email at info@navigoforward.com Please note that you may continue to receive administrative messages from us even if you opt–out of receiving promotional messages.

Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may also share anonymized or de-identified information about you or your use of Navigo’s products and services with third parties, as well as aggregated and anonymous information, for any number of purposes, including without limitation the improvement of the products and services we provide. We will not, however, share personally identifying information about you without your consent, except as noted in this Privacy Policy.

Other Sharing. We may share your information with third parties. Primarily, with your consent, we share your information with cable, internet, streaming, phone, and home security service providers to determine your eligibility for services. Sometimes, without your

consent, we may need to share your personal data if we have a good faith belief that doing so will be necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our legal rights, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our services, protect the personal safety of users of our services or the public, or protect against legal liability.

Choices You Have With Your Information:

Account and Purchase Information. You can update your purchase information by contacting us info@navigoforward.com or by contacting us at 1-855-NAVIGO2.

Location Information. You can prevent your mobile device from sharing location information with us through your device’s operating system settings. You may not, however, be able to fully use our Services if you disable this sharing. Please note that even if you disable location sharing on your device, we will continue to receive your IP address and use it as described above to, for example, to determine your location.

Links to Third Parties Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites that we do not own or control, even if you access them through our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. We encourage you to carefully review privacy policy of every site you visit.

Security. Remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we continue to strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no one can guarantee its absolute security. We are, however, constantly improving our security measures in line with technological developments.

International Users. If you are a resident/citizen of the EU, you additionally have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area.

Children’s Information. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 unless we first get permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.

Your California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, you may request certain information from us regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). To the extent provided by law, you may request that we delete personal information that we collected from you if you are a California resident. To exercise the rights described above, please mail your request to Navigo Legal, 640 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 150, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. Your request must state (a) that you are making it pursuant to the CCPA; (b) the action you want us to take (make the disclosures above, delete personal information that we collected from you); and (c) your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and insurance company name, quote or policy number (if applicable). You can send your

request to info@navigoforward.com. Please allow us 30-days to respond to your request.

If you want us to disclose specific pieces of Personal Information that we collected about you or delete personal information that we collected from you, you also must include a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license or other government-issued identification card.

Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and allow you to opt in. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our websites, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
